Tim made us dinner last night and proved once again that he is a wonderful cook!
The filets were marinated with red wine, dried italian herbs, garlic, sea salt, and cracked pepper before being cooked on our grill.
Our chef blended crab meat, mayo, yellow mustard, fresh chopped garlic, egg, Panko bread crumbs, and soy sauce to make the crab cakes. He gently tossed all the ingredients together in a bowl before forming them into patties, and cooking them in the oven for about 20 minutes at 350.We also had roasted potatoes and asparagus. To top the filet, Tim sauteed mushrooms and onions in a red wine sauce until tender.
